DSI develops and produces performance-enhancing fillers such as precipitated silica and precipitated calcium carbonate for rubber, paper, plastics, healthcare and other manufacturing industries. Here are some of the advantages we proudly offer your business:

  •  Abundant  raw material supply. This helps us cutting the production costs and you can benefit from interesting pricing as well. The production is based on the liquid glass precipitation by carbonic acid. The liquid glass is recovered from porcellanite. DSI holds an exclusive license to mine and process porcellanite in the Negev Desert (Israel).
  • Money saving energy use. As a separate project DSI is building an electric power station with generating capacity of 115MW and the performance index of 80-85%. It supplies the entire production process and enables DSI to cut down the production expenses and offer highly competitive products.
  • Complete product line for tires includes environmentally friendly and safe «green» tires, winter tires, truck tires and passenger tires. DSI develops specialty silicas for application in different parts of a tire: treads, sidewalls, carcass and wire belts. This leads to improvements in performance and cost competitiveness of the silica compound technology.
  • Pollution-free technology. DSI closed production cycle and advanced production process show how environmentally friendly we are! In the closed cycle of our production process there are no pollutant emissions.
  • Development and research.  New product development is the lifeblood of our business. To achieve the technological leadership, we invest heavily in research and have an in-house R&D Center.
  • Perfect location for both Asian and European markets. DSI plant is located in the Negev Desert (Dimona, Israel). Such location allows easy access to the Red and Mediterranean seas. The fully equipped Ashdod port is just an hour away from the plant.
