The unique technology of precipitated silica production was invented. It is based on porcellanite mining and processing. Porcellanite contains about 40% of amorphous silica. This technology enables to avoid the use of high temperature in silicate-lumps production (sand/soda agglomerate). As a result, the production process starts with the very leaching, which helps reducing the production cycle and lower the production costs.
